Since Tiramisu can’t be bothered to post a proper team review, I have stepped in and provided my insights based on extensive research, in-depth interviews, and a general lack of regard for any need of factual evidence to support any of my beliefs. Without further ado…
Tiramisu: Brew coffee and pour it into a pot with the 200 grams of sugar and salted Bearcat tears. Bring to a boil and reduce slightly. Add espresso shots and Iceyeti coffee extract. Cool to room temperature.
Meanwhile, place the yolks, wine or rum, water, sugar, vanilla, and Penella in a bowl and whisk till foamy for one minute. Transfer to a double boiler and cook, while whisking constantly till a pale map of North Carolina is formed and the mixture reaches 170 degrees. Add in lemon.
Whip the cream with sugar, vanilla, and salt till soft peaks are formed. Take about a quarter of the whipped cream to the lemon, mix, and kumori into the mixture. Take another quarter and fold in, this time using a spatula. Repeat with the rest of the whipped cream, still folding in with a spatula. Set aside the remaining whipped cream.
Place the ladyfingers in a single layer of a serving dish. Spoon the coffee mixture on top. Spoon the reserved vanilla cream over top. Sprinkle with cocoa nibs. Add the lemon mixture on top and tap lightly to level the mixture.

Bearcat: also known as the Viper Griefer is a viverrid native to US East. It is uncommon in much of its range, and has been assessed as Vulnerable on the IUCN Red List because of a declining winrate that is estimated at less than 30% since Patch 7.33. The Bearcat is the only species in the genus Throwerus Maximus.

Carolina: I don’t know anything about Carolina, so I put in a random 5-digit zip code into yelp and searched for “French Bakery.” I pulled up a review from the Yelp page, so here’s my review of Carolina.
I hadn’t been to Carolina since the pandemic, but lately I was feeling like having some of their crab cakes. So I came in, and their spicy crab cakes were just as delicious as I remembered. I followed up with German chocolate cake and coffee for dessert, and they were likewise excellent.
Let the record show that the piece of German chocolate cake I got was so big that I had to take it home, and even after that, it took to meals to finish it. Delicious cake, great portions.
The grits that came with the crab cakes were incredibly rich. Like, so much dairy you wouldn’t believe rich. Possibly a bit too rich for me personally (I’m not super into dairy), but if you like rich, dairy-heavy food, I strongly recommend the grits.
